Topic: The End of an Era…Why Employers Should Rethink Workplace Wellness

The effectiveness of wellness programs has been debated heavily over the past several years. In fact, most credible research has shown that traditional wellness programs do not produce any ROI. This presentation will touch on the controversy regarding ROI, the truth about incentives, and present the newest research on employee well being that all employers should know.

Speaker: Nicole Fallowfield CWP, CIC Principal/Director of Health Risk Management

Nicole is a principal and Director of Health Risk Management at Gibson. She is responsible for designing and overseeing health and well being strategies for Gibson’s clients. Nicole is also a member of Gibson’s Board of Directors. She is a Certified Wellness Practitioner, Certified Intrinsic Coach, a licensed Thriving Workplace Culture Consultant™, and is the only health and wellness professional in the state of Indiana to be certified by the Care Innovations Validation Institute. The Validation Institute Certification indicates an understanding of population health metrics and an ability to assess the validity of reports and claims made by the healthcare and wellness industries.

The Suite Level Lounge is located on the second floor, overlooking the Fort Wayne TinCaps baseball field. Free parking is available in the ‘Silver Lot’, located directly across from the main entrance to the stadium. Enter the main gate and take the elevators, found immediately to the right.

Meetings are $20 per person and includes course materials, full course meal, and beverages.
